*** If I discover you're one of these things and you've ALREADY commissioned me, received requested art, or did an art trade with me... I reserve the right to deny further usage of said art and I will place you on my blacklist***Regarding commissions:When commissioning me... Please be VERY clear about what you'd like! e.g. Providing references, being detailed/descriptive.Regarding art requests:Please keep in mind that Requests and Free art will usually take longer than commissions, especially if I have several commissions in my Queue.Please DO NOT come into my DMs in order to get free art. If I wish to do art for you I will.

Payment

I take payment through PayPal and Ko-Fi ONLYa.) Payment is due in FULL after rough sketch is produced. IF commissioner wishes to go forth with the commission. They may cancel the commission at this time if they aren't happy with the rough sketch.b.) Half payment will only be considered if the commissioned piece(s) is/are more than $50.
In this case, you (the commissioner), will pay half of the commission's price upfront and the other half you will pay upon completion. Failure to pay full amount upon completion will result in withheld artwork and potential blacklisting.

Allowed Usage

I, the artist, reserve the right to determine what is done with my art.What I may do with the commissioned art:
1.) Post on my website
2.) Post on social media
3.) Post on Trello
4.) Use as ExamplesWhat commissioners may do with their commissioned art:
1.) Post on social media, with credit
2.) Post on Toyhou.se, with credit
3.) Print the art out
4.) Use as pfp/header
5.) Use to promote yourself, while crediting the artist (me)DO NOT trace my art, copy my art, or claim my art as your own.Incorrect usage of commissioned art may result in usage rights being taken away and blacklisting.

Cancellation Policy1.) Commissions costing $40 or less, may ONLY be canceled within the first 24 hours of me receiving payment.2.) Commissions costing more than $40 can NOT be cancelled once I've started.Refund Policy1.) After 24 hours have passed, you may NOT ask for a refund.2.) Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on the price of your piece.IF I wish to cancel your commission and offer a refund, I may do so at any point in time.
